Review: This is THE story arc that any Green Lantern fan should know. It is a great read that focuses on the rise of the Black Lantern Corps and the unification, even if briefly, of the other Lantern Corps. The full spectrum of emotions are represented here with each playing a huge part in taking down this new evil that has arisen. Full of plot twists and shocking moments, this will keep you flipping the page to see what happens next. The Absolute version is out of print but if you can find it for cheap, pick it up and enjoy all the extras that pack its pages. Full length scripts, “Director’s“ Commentary on each issue, cover art, and character/corps breakdowns are just a handful of the goodies that are present.
